  • Apply customised hotmelt adhesive to dry RFID inlays

  • Apply specialty transfer tape adhesive per customer specification  

  • Inline data file creation

  • Apply a protective cover to the RFID inlay

  • Inspect and verify the RFID inlays 

  • Automatically remove faulty RFID inlays

  • Replace defective RFID inlays with verified RFID inlays

  • Secondary data verification

  • Data file retained to verify tags during the converting process

These functions combined with our unique equipment and processes ensure compliance with output of 100% yield and the ability to read and verify an inlay, whilst replacing any non-compliant inlays. 

An accurate data file is the prerequisite of follow-on processes to understanding data, tags and inline production yields. This is also fundamental in the early development of ‘4id Safeguard’.
