4id SafeGuard is a high-priority project that will improve the operational performance of our manufacturing equipment to deliver productivity improvements, quality improvement and the ability to achieve 100% accuracy of production.

Innovative technology is being developed for the detection of anomalies. By creating a unique identification for each tag at the end of the manufacturing process with every inlay tracked onto a 4id roll or fanfold pack, any order can be Protected by 4id SafeGuard.

The outcome of this project is to be able to track with 100% accuracy and present real-time statistical data from online operations on the manufacturing production of RFID tags, providing a unique identity to each tag that captures all the critical attributes pertinent to its production. This allows us to make machine adjustments if required for total quality control of every tag.
